  1. How do I use your spice blends? Each spice blend comes with a recipe card of our favorite recipe.  You can also find these recipes, as well as others on our website.  If you have come up with a recipe using our spice blend please let us know! We would love to feature you and your recipe on our website and social media!
  2. Where are your spices from?  Our Indian spices and blends are made in India with locally sourced spices blended in small batches. Each blend is then packaged in the United States and shipped around the country from Portland, Oregon.  There may be a slight variation in taste and color depending on the crops yielded at any given season.
  3. Do you have a return policy?  We hope that you are delighted with our products, however, if you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 15-days of receiving your order and we will work hard to make it right. Our email address is hello@thespicecollective.co
  4. How much does shipping cost?  The price of shipping varies by your order size, shipping fees are selected at checkout. 
  5. How quickly will I receive my order?  Orders are processed and shipped within three business days. We primarily ship using USPS First Class Mail.
  6. Can I track my order?  After your purchase is completed, you will receive emails detailing the shipping method and tracking number.
  7. Do you ship internationally?  We currently only ship to the United States, we hope to expand our offering to the International audience soon!
  8. Can I buy wholesale quantities? Yes!  Email us at hello@thespicecollective.co for wholesale and bulk order pricing.  
  9. Do your products require refrigeration?  No, all of our spice blends are sealed in plastic storage bags and do not require refrigeration.
  10. How long do Spice Blends last?  For the best quality and taste, we encourage our customers to use our spice blends within 1 year of purchase, however, many spices can last up to 4 years.
  11. Can I buy your Spice Blends in any retail outlets or in person?  We are currently working on expanding our reach to retail outlets, check back soon for updates on new retail partnerships! 
  12. Are your spice blends really “spicy/hot”?  Spice levels are very relative to personal taste and preference.  We have worked with our supplier to temper our blends to appeal to a majority of our customers without losing the authentic taste of our popular dishes.
