Tandoori Paneer
A quick and easy marinade using The Spice Collective's Tandoori Masala. Add your favorite paneer and veggies - grill, bake, or air fry!

Ingredients
14 oz Paneer, cut into 1.5" cubes
1/2 large onion, cut into large chunks
1/2 large bell pepper, cut into large chunks
1 ½ cups of yogurt

2-3 tbsp The Spice Collective's Tandoori Masala
1 tbsp garlic, crushed
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Marinade
Directions
Combine marinade ingredients in a large bowl, mix well
Add paneer and veggie pieces into marinade, coat well, cover and store in refrigerator for at least 4 hours (overnight is recommended). You can also transfer marinated paneer and veggies into a large ziploc bag to marinate.
Cook
Grill (place directly on grill or use skewers), or
Bake (400 degrees for 15 minutes, finish on broil for 5 minutes), or
Air Fry (350degrees for 15 minutes)
